AS a Group Leader for your group, we have a few requirements and recommendations. You can register online or by calling 304-358-764 and speaking with our Volunteer Coordinator

The process of signing up your group:

1. Determine the number of participants, and the dates  your group will be able to attend our Workcamp.
   
2. Check our online Workcamp calendar to see if we have available openings for your group during the time your group is available.
   
3. Complete the Group Leader Registration. This will provide us with some general information about your group, and allow us to tentatively schedule your group for the selected available dates.
   
4. Review our Workcamp Reservation Policy, and ensure your group can meet all requirements.
   
5. Download, print, and complete our Workcamps Reservation Contract (PDF). Sign and mail along with your group's deposit to Almost Heaven Habitat PO Box 913 Franklin, WV 26807 as soon as advised by our Workcamps Coordinator that your request has been accepted. We will then confirm your reservation dates.
   
6. Now, coordinate with your Workcamp participants the following:
   
   
   1. Download (PDF), print, and have each participant sign (& Guardian as appropriate) the required participant documents. These documents will be required to be mailed to us 30 days before your arrival for all participants.
